Advertising and Sponsorships
OyaSpot may publish display advertising, sponsored posts, branded content, newsletter placements, event partnerships, social campaigns, or custom editorial-style packages. Paid placements should be clearly distinguishable from independent editorial work.
Labeling
Sponsored or paid work may be labeled with terms such as "Sponsored," "Paid Partnership," "Presented by," "Partner," or similar wording. We aim to make commercial relationships understandable to readers.
Editorial Separation
A brand partnership does not guarantee favorable independent coverage. OyaSpot retains final control over editorial decisions, tone, design, placement, and publication unless a separate commercial agreement states otherwise for paid branded work.
Restricted Categories
We may reject advertising that is misleading, discriminatory, exploitative, unsafe, illegal, or a poor fit for OyaSpot's audience. We may also reject campaigns that misuse public-interest issues, minors, private individuals, or vulnerable communities.
Affiliate Links
If OyaSpot uses affiliate links in the future, we may earn a commission when readers buy through those links. Affiliate relationships should not decide whether a product, venue, event, or platform is covered editorially.
Partner Materials
Advertisers are responsible for having rights to the logos, images, claims, names, music, and other materials they provide. OyaSpot may request substantiation for claims before publishing a campaign.
